Print 58mm or 80mm receipts
Choose a receipt width and print the invoice through the device’s print system.
Before printing
Make the printer available to your operating system and confirm its paper width. The current receipt feature generates receipt-sized output and opens the device print dialog. A Bluetooth connection alone does not guarantee that every printer will appear there.
Pro users have unlimited receipt access. Free users need thermal-print credits, and the receipt options show the remaining balance.
Print a receipt
- 1
Open Invoice Details.
Find the invoice and check the customer, line items, payment status, and total.
- 2
Choose Print Thermal Receipt.
Tap the printer icon. The options sheet is titled Print Thermal Slip / Receipt.
- 3
Select the roll width.
Choose 58mm Thermal Receipt for the compact 2-inch roll or 80mm Thermal Receipt for the wider 3-inch roll. Match the actual paper in the printer.
- 4
Complete the access prompt.
If you have no free print credits, use the rewarded-ad option or upgrade to Pro. Wait for receipt generation.
- 5
Review the print dialog.
Select the printer, check the width, scaling, and page preview, then confirm printing in the device dialog.
- 6
Inspect the paper output.
Check that the item names, amounts, and total fit and are readable. Keep the invoice record even if the physical print needs to be retried.
Choose the right layout
| Paper width | Layout |
|---|---|
| 58mm | Compact receipt with a narrower item layout. |
| 80mm | Wider receipt with space for item, quantity, price, and total columns. |
Fix common printing problems
If the printer is missing, confirm that your device supports it through a print service or driver. Check the connection using the printer’s own setup instructions. If output is cut off, compare the selected width and scaling with the actual roll.
A thermal-print credit can be consumed before the operating system finishes printing, including when the print dialog is cancelled. If receipt generation fails repeatedly, note the invoice number and error and contact support before using more credits.
