Windows desktop & mobile sync
Connect a Pro shop to the cloud, sign in on desktop, sync records, and disconnect a device.
Release availability
The updated app includes PC Desktop Sync (PRO) on mobile and Cloud Sync on desktop. Windows MSIX, macOS DMG and Linux amd64 DEB downloads are on the Desktop page. A compatible build and a reachable cloud service are required.
Connect your phone and desktop
- 1
Upgrade on Android.
Open Yesri on your phone and buy Pro through the in-app Google Play purchase flow. Confirm that the purchase has activated.
- 2
Download the Windows installer here.
Use Download for Windows on the Desktop page to save YesriFinance_Setup.msix. Version 1.0.7.0 requires 64-bit Windows 10 build 17763 or later.
- 3
Install Yesri.
Open the downloaded MSIX package with Windows App Installer and follow its prompts. The current package is unsigned; if Windows blocks installation, contact support for a signed installer. Do not disable Windows security to bypass the error.
- 4
Enable cloud sync on your phone.
Open Settings → Cloud Sync & Multi-Device. In PC Desktop Sync (PRO), enter Business Email and a password of at least eight characters. For an existing cloud business, use its existing credentials. Choose ENABLE & SYNC SHOP TO CLOUD and wait for the result.
- 5
Connect and verify your business.
On PC, enter the Business Email and Desktop Sync Password shown on your phone, then choose Log In & Sync Business. The app attempts an initial full sync. Open Cloud Sync and verify the result, business name, recent invoices, and stock before continuing; reaching the dashboard alone does not confirm a successful transfer.
Install Yesri on macOS
- 1
Download the current installer.
Choose Download for macOS on the Desktop page and save Yesri_Finance_macOS.dmg (43.7 MB). It replaces the previous withdrawn package.
- 2
Open the disk image.
Double-click the DMG in Finder and follow the installation instructions in the mounted image.
- 3
Launch and connect.
Open Yesri from Applications. Follow the business login prompts using your Pro mobile cloud credentials, then verify your business records and sync result.
Install Yesri on Linux
- 1
Check your system.
The package is version 1.0.8 for amd64 (x86-64), using the Debian DEB format. Use a Debian-based system with a graphical desktop. It is not an ARM build; specific distribution versions have not been verified.
- 2
Download the installer.
On the Desktop page, choose Download for Linux and save Yesri_Finance_Linux_amd64.deb (16.7 MB). Alternatively, download the x64 tar.gz archive (18.5 MB), extract it, keep yesri_finance, data and lib together, and run ./yesri_finance from that folder. Use chmod +x yesri_finance if executable permission is needed.
- 3
Install the package.
Open the downloaded file with your system’s software installer and follow its prompts. Alternatively, open a terminal in the download folder and run: sudo apt install ./Yesri_Finance_Linux_amd64.deb. Review the package changes before confirming.
- 4
Launch and connect.
Open Yesri Business Manager from your applications menu. Use the business cloud credentials from Pro mobile where prompted, then verify the business and sync result. If installation or startup fails, share your distribution version and exact error with support.
Understand server sync
With both devices online, choose SYNC NOW (PUSH & PULL) in Cloud Sync. Wait for the result and check Last Cloud Sync. Repeat on the other device before checking the changed records. Startup can also attempt sync for a connected session; do not assume every edit transfers immediately.
The sync flow transfers business records including contacts, products, invoices and lines, supplier bills, payments, expenses, accounts, journals, bank transactions, stock movements, tax rates, currencies, and notifications. Device PINs, local image files, and every preference are not guaranteed to transfer. Sync is not a dated .yesri backup or a documented conflict-resolution system. Avoid editing the same record on two devices before syncing.
Disconnect or switch a cloud account
- 1
Finish and check your work.
Make a local backup and verify the last sync result before changing connections. Confirm which business should be active on each device.
- 2
Open the cloud connection screen.
Use Settings → Cloud Sync & Multi-Device. Choose Disconnect / Switch Cloud Account, read Disconnect Cloud Sync?, then choose Disconnect to sign this device out. Cancel keeps the connection.
- 3
Connect the intended business.
Enter that business’s existing email and password and check the returned business name. The disconnect action keeps local records; reconnecting and syncing can update them. Do not use another shop’s credentials merely to clear an error.
Resolve a connection or sync error
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| Password must be at least 8 characters | Use at least eight characters when setting up the connection. For an existing business, enter its existing cloud password. |
| Email already registered | Use the correct existing password. This flow is not a password reset. Contact support if you cannot recover your credentials. |
| Please enable cloud sync with your email first | Connect the business from the mobile cloud screen, then retry sync. |
| Connection error / unsuccessful sync | Check internet access and the exact message. Keep local records and backups; retry when the service is reachable. |
| Dashboard opens but records are missing | Check the cloud business and run Sync Now. Desktop login can open the dashboard even if the initial sync fails. |
Prepare before connecting
Keep the mobile app updated, confirm your Pro purchase status, and create a fresh backup. Check that your computer runs 64-bit Windows 10 or later and that you can install software on it.
Contact support for availability or activation questions. The website does not ask for your mobile PIN or take a separate desktop payment.
