Add a second or third business#

   Check your plan.

   The free plan supports one business profile. Activate Yesri Pro in the mobile app to add more, up to three saved profiles.

   Open the business switcher.

   Use your business profile area in Settings, then choose the add-business action.

   Complete Add Business Account.

   Check Owner Email, which is shared across your shops. Enter New Business / Shop Name, choose Business Type, and set a unique Desktop PC Password of at least eight characters for this shop. The updated flow registers through the server and needs internet. If no owner email is available, first connect the primary shop in Cloud Sync.

   Create and verify.

   Wait for registration and the sync attempt, then confirm the new business name and records. On desktop, use the shared owner email with this shop’s distinct password. Keep a backup before adding or reconnecting businesses.

Switch the active business#

   Finish the current entry.

   Save the form you are working on before switching businesses.

   Select another profile.

   Open the switcher and tap the business you need. Wait for the dashboard to reload.

   Check the context.

   Confirm the name and expected inventory or contacts before entering another transaction. Each business has its own records.

Remove a profile from the switcher#

Use the remove action beside the profile and read “Remove from Switcher?” before confirming. This removes the quick-switch entry on this device; the business data remains in the database. It is different from erasing all local data.

If the switcher shows 3/3, it cannot add a fourth saved profile. Review your existing profiles and contact support before removing an entry that you may need to access later.
