Reset or delete app data
Understand local erasure, website deletion requests, and subscription cancellation.
Choose the action you actually need
| Your goal | Use |
|---|---|
| Switch to another business | The business switcher; no data erasure is needed. |
| Move records to another phone | Create a backup and verify a restore on the new device. |
| Remove a quick-switch entry | Remove from Switcher; the database remains. |
| Erase local app records | Account & Data Deletion → Erase All Local Data Now. |
| Ask Yesri about deletion | The website’s email-draft request form. |
| Stop a recurring Pro subscription | Google Play subscription management. |
Erase all local data
- 1
Review and export what you need.
Make a .yesri backup and save any PDFs you wish to keep before proceeding.
- 2
Open Account & Data Deletion.
Read the explanation in Settings, then choose Erase All Local Data Now.
- 3
Read the confirmation.
Choose Cancel to return safely. Choose Confirm & Erase All Data only if you intend permanent local erasure.
- 4
Reopen the app if needed.
The app terminates after erasing. A later launch starts without the erased local business records.
Logout, disconnect, and server records
Settings → Logout / Clear Device Data opens Logout Business?. Choosing Logout & Clear erases the local database and saved device settings and closes the app. Back up first; this is not an ordinary sign-out that leaves your records ready on the device.
To disconnect cloud access while retaining the local database, use Disconnect / Switch Cloud Account inside Cloud Sync instead. Neither local erasure nor cloud disconnect confirms deletion of server copies. Use the website deletion request for help with cloud account data, and send the prepared email yourself.
Prepare a website deletion request
Choose Open Web Deletion Request Form in the app or visit Account & data deletion on this website. Enter the requested details and choose Open email draft. Review and send the message yourself in your email app.
The website does not erase records or report a request as sent. Keep any separately saved backup copies in mind when deciding what to retain or delete. Erasing local data does not cancel Google Play billing.
